Shopper journeys, richer lead context, and team roles
This release turns more shopper activity and inquiry details into useful CRM context, helping your team prioritize follow-up and continue the conversation with less guesswork.
It also gives dealership admins more control over who can do what and makes day-to-day inventory management easier to understand.
Shopper journey insights in the CRM
Inquiries now include an engagement score, source and campaign attribution, a clear activity timeline, key intent signals, and an AI-enhanced summary with a recommended next step. Lead profiles roll up repeated vehicle or service interest and activity across converted inquiries, with dealership-group context where available.
Richer inquiry details from form to follow-up
Driverseat now preserves preferred contact method, customer intent, consent selections, submitted ZIP, personalized pricing, service vehicle, and employee context as structured inquiry details. That context appears in the CRM and is formatted consistently for connected lead destinations, making handoffs easier to read and act on.
Other improvements
Team roles: choose each teammate's role while sending an invitation, with pending invites showing the selected access level and accepted invites receiving exactly the role you assigned.
Vehicle visibility controls: filter sold inventory, see hidden, sold, reserved, and certified states at a glance, and hide or restore vehicles without deleting their dashboard record.
Phone clicks are now measured consistently across navigation, contact sections, department selectors, and the mobile contact bar.
Image uploads keep their original filenames more consistently and generate lightweight placeholders for smoother loading.
Create, copy, rotate, or revoke secure standalone inquiry links for sharing complete lead details and shopper context outside the dashboard.
Inventory sync status now remains visible from the moment a sync is requested until it finishes.
Copied standalone page HTML now keeps its styling more reliably when pasted into third-party site builders.
Dashboard navigation now adapts to narrower desktop windows, with clearer loading, empty, and retry states and analytics ranges aligned to the dealership's local calendar.
Bug fixes
Fixed saved pages not refreshing correctly when their URL contained reserved characters.
Fixed hidden vehicles remaining available through direct public vehicle links.
Fixed inventory and vehicle pages sometimes showing stale details after feed syncs or manual vehicle changes.
